What are the box office opening hours?
The Piccadilly Box Office is open from 10:00-19:00, Monday - Saturday. Please note that these times may vary on Bank Holidays and that no advance bookings for future performances can be made in person after 18:00 (and from 13:00 - 14:45 on Thursdays and Saturdays). The theatre, including the Box Office, is currently closed on Sundays.
Can I buy tickets in person from the box office?
Yes you can buy tickets in person from the box office. You’ll find our ticket desk by the main entrance in the ground floor foyer.
How do I contact the box office?
The best way to contact the Box Office is to visit in person at 16 Denman Street, W1D 7DY
Can I take food and drink into the theatre?
We allow food to be taken into the theatre, as long as it’s cold and in a plastic container.
Does the theatre have disabled seating and how do I book access tickets?
The theatre does provide seating for users with access needs. See our Accessibility information to learn more.

When will I receive my tickets for the show?
You'll receive your tickets by email. This is delivered separately to your order confirmation email and is sent to the lead booker.
- Usually you’ll receive your tickets straight away.
- Emails can take up to 48 hours to arrive, depending on your email service.
- For some events, tickets will be issued 48 hours prior to the show. This will be clearly stated in your confirmation email.
Please check your junk/spam mail. If you don't have your eTickets 48 hours before the event, please Submit a Request via the ATG Help Centre and a member of our team will be in touch to help.

If I can't make it to the theatre due to a personal situation can I get my money back?
All tickets purchased are non-refundable. You can protect your tickets by opting into the SecureMyBooking ticket refund program. Read more details about Ticket Protection here:

For Moulin Rouge! The Musical, latecomers will be admitted at specific points throughout the performance and will generally have to wait no longer than 10 minutes before being able to take their seats.
